Energy all around us ….
If we could bottle the energy of the youth we could power a city …. these are my thoughts after watching teenage boys in action.
Firstly we spent a lovely Friday night at a music concert which ended with a performance by the Michaelhouse competition marimba band. I was exhausted just watching the show. The energy the band was emitting was tangible. They had lights, plenty of music and so much action …
Following this I watched their first team basket ball match on Saturday. This was also like a concert. The spectators did not sit down for the entire match and the cheering was a competition on its own ….
